Policy Guidelines:

  • The Principal or Head of the Institution will select five (05) contestants for each level based on merit, along with one teacher representative, to participate in the Science Olympiad 2026. One team from the school level and another from the college level.
  • Each participant must be a student of the Science discipline of the respective institution.
  • Candidates must be students of SSC/O Level/Dakhil (Class IX–X, Examinee) or HSC/A Level/Alim (Class XI–XII, Examinee).
  • Only one representative (coach) from each participating institution may be present.
  • Students must attend the event wearing their institutional uniform.
  • Provide one or more WhatsApp numbers of the representative teacher/coach for quick communication, or join through the QR code.

Examination Guidelines:

  • MCQ and short questions will be prepared from the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
  • Questions will be provided in both English and Bengali.
  • Contestants must carry a pen, pencil, eraser, and admit card.
  • Candidates must wear the Science Olympiad T-shirt at all times in both the programme hall and the examination hall.
  • Calculators and mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
  • The examination will start at 10:00 AM, and the total exam duration is 1 hour 30 minutes.

Registration Procedure:

  • No Registration fee is required.
  • Make a photocopy of the required registration form for each participant.
  • Last date of Registration: December 14, 2025.
  • Only selected students provided by respective school/college can complete the Registration through the link https://dso.iiuc.ac.bd
  • Collect the admit card from website after December 21, 2025
