- 1 8:00-9:00 AM : Participants will arrive (Registration and Refreshment)
- 2 9:00-9:30 AM : Inauguration with flag hoisting (National Flag+BAS Flag+FSIB Flag+Centre Flag), national anthem, release of pigeons, festoons and balloons
- 3 9:30-10:00 AM : Participants will take seat in the examination hall
- 4 10:00-11:30 AM : Examination
- 5 11:30-3:00 PM : Prayer, lunch and open discussion, guests, scientists, invited speakers and script evaluation by examiners
- 6 3:00-4:30 PM : Prize Distribution Ceremony
